
WMI Enterprises, Inc. is trying something new to keep its current customers up-to-date on its latest offerings – an email blast.
"It's very much like a newsletter," said Sheila McMichael, president. "We let our customers know about recent events like our CILA Award and new offerings like our new Intimate Icing line."
McMichael says that it's only been about a month since she started the email newsletter, but hopes that it will result in more consistent reorders. "We're keeping our customers up-to-date and they've liked the reminders. We'll see where it takes us."
